Spiced Moroccan lamb with mint and pine nuts (GAPS, Paleo, Low-carb and Keto options)
This dish has quickly become a family favourite. I found this spice combination in a beautiful Middle Eastern Cookbook that a friend gave me years ago. And it worked beautifully with some grassfed lamb mince. The mint and pine nuts are a perfect addition to this dish. My whole family, even my youngest who is the fussiest, absolutely loves this dish. Green Bolognese – Pesto pasta (GF, Grain-free option, DF option, Vegan option)
This is one of my favourite dishes - mostly because pesto is one of my absolute favourite foods. It wasn't always a dish my two younger children enjoyed. There would be loads of groans when I served this up - I would do it anyway because it's one of my favourites and then just use all of my best powers of persuasion to get them to eat it. Pesto (Wholefood, GAPS, Paleo, Vegan, GF, DF)
Pesto is one of my absolute favourite foods. This is such a simple and yummy recipe. I use cashew nuts because I am more likely to have some in the pantry than pine nuts which are traditionally used to make pesto. Add some extra lemon juice if you want to keep it for a while in the refrigerator (up to about a week) or keeps beautifully in the freezer for a few months. Enjoy! ... VIEW POST
