Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 deg
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
If leaving out eggs prepare chia egg substitute.
Place dates and eggs (or chia eggs) in thermie bowl, blend 10 sec, speed 5.
Add remaining ingredients and blend blend 1 min, speed 8.
Scape down sides and repeat – blend blend 1 min, speed 8.
Press batter into loaf tin about 1 cm thick.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool and carefully release from baking tray and cut into bars.
