Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nuts a mix of almond and cashew works well
- 1 medium apple
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger optional
- 2 Tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp sultanas optional
- 1/4 -1/2 cup milk of your choice warmed if you like

Instructions
- Place nuts and seeds in a food processor or thermomix and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the apple, cinnamon and ginger (if using) pulse again until everything is a uniform size and finely chopped.
- Transfer to a breakfast bowl and pour warmed milk over the top.
- Sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon if desired.
