Ingredients

organic coconut oil
or olive oil

speck or nitrate free bacon
diced finely

brown onion
diced

Tbsp
tomato paste
organic if possible

mustard powder

Tbsp
Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
or coconut aminos to make it GAPS legal

smoked paprika

raw honey

tins whole tomatoes
I use Honest to Goodness Organic

tins navy or harricot beans (GAPS)
butter, cannelini, red kidney, borlotti

homemade chicken stock or filtered water

pinch
himalayan salt
to taste
Instructions
Add Oil & Speck or Bacon, cook for 5min on med-high heat. Stir often.
Add Onion, cook for 3-4 min.
Add Tomato paste, Mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos) and smoked paprika. Cook for 1-2 min.
Add honey, whole tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, 1/2 cup water of stock. Stir.
Add beans and salt, seasoning to taste. Bring to boil, simmer uncovered for 20 mins to thicken.
