Ingredients
- 150 g tahini I use Mayers Organic
- 3 Tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 120 ml filtered water
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove fresh garlic

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until well combined - use straight away or store in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
