Ingredients

Medjool dates

cocoa or cocoa
I use Honest to Goodness Organic

almond meal
Or for nut-free use a combination of seeds
0.5
cups
desiccated coconut

Tbsp
coconut oil

Instructions
Place dates into thermie or blender first and blend for 1 minute, speed 8.
Add remaining ingredients to thermie or blender.
Blend on high (Thermie speed 10) for 1-2 minutes.
Add coconut oil if mixture isn’t coming together.
Spoon out mixture and roll into balls (whatever size you prefer). Or press into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
If making bliss balls roll in desiccated coconut. Or if pressing into a loaf tin sprinkle with a layer of desiccated coconut.
These freeze beautifully if they aren’t eaten up straight away!
