Instructions
  1. Place dates into thermie or blender first and blend for 1 minute, speed 8.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to thermie or blender.
  3. Blend on high (Thermie speed 10) for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add coconut oil if mixture isn’t coming together.
  5. Spoon out mixture and roll into balls (whatever size you prefer). Or press into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
  6. If making bliss balls roll in desiccated coconut. Or if pressing into a loaf tin sprinkle with a layer of desiccated coconut.
  7. These freeze beautifully if they aren’t eaten up straight away!
