This delicious smoothie is full of the natural sweetness of the dates and banana - both of which are high in fibre - together with good fats which means it will give longer lasting energy. It is quick and easy to make. It is much loved favourite in our household and I often get requests from my children's friends for this smoothie when they come over.

I am able to source some beautiful quality pastured eggs that are always extremely fresh, so I am comfortable adding these to this smoothie. You need to make a decision about the quality and safety of the eggs you use.
