Created these yummy delights with my girls over the weekend! Â They are not super-sweet which is fine for our family. Â However, if I was making these for others or if you are not used to sugar-free goodies, you may like to add 1 Tsp of maple syrup or honey to sweeten these up.
Ingredients
Thermomix Instructions
- 140 g raw cashews I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 100 g apricots I used Honest to Goodness Organic - sulphur free
- 15 g coconut oil I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 80 g dessicated coconut I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1 pinch celtic sea salt or himalayan salt
- extra dessicated coconut for rolling bliss balls
Food processor
- 1 cup raw cashews I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 100 g apricots I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1 cup dessicated coconut I used Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1 pinch celtic sea salt or himalayan salt
- extra dessicated coconut I used Honest to Goodness Organic
Servings: balls
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except for the extra desiccated coconut) into the Thermomix or food processor. In the Thermie blend, speed 10 for 1 minute. In food processor bled for as long as it take for the ingredients to be well combined (possibly several minutes). Spoon out enough to roll into a ball and coat in dessicated coconut. Voila - simple and delicious!!
