Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp organic coconut oil or olive oil
- 100 g speck or nitrate free bacon diced finely
- 1 large brown onion diced
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste organic if possible
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce or coconut aminos to make it GAPS legal
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 400g tins whole tomatoes I use Honest to Goodness Organic
- 3 400g tins navy or harricot beans (GAPS) butter, cannelini, red kidney, borlotti
- 1/2 cups homemade chicken stock or filtered water
- 1 pinch himalayan salt to taste

Instructions
- Add Oil & Speck or Bacon, cook for 5min on med-high heat. Stir often.
- Add Onion, cook for 3-4 min.
- Add Tomato paste, Mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos) and smoked paprika. Cook for 1-2 min.
- Add honey, whole tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, 1/2 cup water of stock. Stir.
- Add beans and salt, seasoning to taste. Bring to boil, simmer uncovered for 20 mins to thicken.
