  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg celcius (350 F).
  2. Grease muffin tray using butter, ghee, coconut oil or palm oil.
  3. Peel and dice apples and set aside.
  4. Melt butter, coconut oil or palm oil. If using a thermomix 2 mins, 50 C speed 2.
  5. For super quick preparation add all ingredients# into blender/thermomix and blend until well combined. #leave half the apples out & leave sultanas out for now.
  6. Remove mixture from blender and stir through sultanas and remaining diced apple.
  7. Spoon in to prepared muffin dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 until nicely browned and firm to touch.
  9. These are beautiful served warm with butter or cream or just eaten on their own.
