Ingredients

apples
Or 1/3 cup tinned apple (check ingredients – make sure it is 100% apple)

(or any milk that suits dietary requirements)

GF if needed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
If preparing your own apple puree – peel and core apple.
Cut apple into about 8 pieces and put in thermomix.
Add filtered water.
Chop for 30 sec, speed 4.
Cook for 5 minutes at 90°C, speed 4.
Blend 30 sec, speed 8.
Or if you are using tinned apple, place 1/3 cup tinned apple into thermie and blend 30 sec, speed 8.
Add bananas, mill, honey or maple syrup (if using), cinnamon and vanilla to bowl and blend 30 sec, speed 8.
Add oats and sultanas, blend 30 sec, speed 4.
Roll dessert spoon amounts of the mixture and place on baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
Allow to cool on tray.
