These are so yummy and were one of the first sweet biscuits that I made for my kiddies once we had transitioned to full GAPs.

Ingredients
- 2 cup almond meal I use Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup macadamia oil
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda gluten and aluminium free
- 1 Tbsp filtered water

Instructions
- Line a baking tray with paper.
- Preheat oven to 120 C (248F).
- In a large bowl, add dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Place oil and honey in a small saucepan and heat gently. Combine the water and bicarb then add to the saucepan and stir until the mixture begins to froth.
- Pour onto the dry ingredients and mix until combined. If required, add extra almond meal or water to adjust texture until it is holding together well.
- Use hands or a spoon to form into approximately 20 round balls.
- Bake for approx 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
