Ingredients
- 280 g tomato paste I use Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1/4 cup honey I use local, raw, unfiltered OR
- 1/8 cups erythritol or monk fruit sweetener KETO OPTION (use instead of honey)
- 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar I use Honest to Goodness Organic
- 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 dash celtic sea salt or himalayan salt

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in small pot and whisk together to combine.
- Place on cooktop and bring to the boil, reduce and simmer until reduced to a consistency that you prefer. I usually only cook for around 4-5 minutes.
- Cool and store in pre-sterilised jars. This keep for 2 weeks or more (if not goggled up beforehand).
