  1. Combine all ingredients in Vitamix, Thermomix or Blender. ENJOY!
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. I often find that it is helpful to blend the dates first and then add the other ingredients, to reduce the workload for the blender.
  3. Add coconut oil if mixture isn’t coming together.
  4. Spoon out mixture and roll into balls (whatever size you prefer).
  5. Roll in desiccated coconut.
  6. These freeze beautifully if they are eaten up straight away!
