Simple Chocolate Bliss Balls (GAPS, Paleo)
  1. Combine all ingredients in Vitamix, Thermomix or Blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. I often find that it is helpful to blend the dates first and then add the other ingredients, to reduce the workload for the blender. Spoon out mixture and roll into balls (whatever size you prefer). Roll in desiccated coconut. ENJOY!
