This delicious smoothie is full of vitamins, minerals, protein, good fats and is quick and easy to make. It is much loved favourite in our household.

  1. Combine all ingredients in your Vitamix (or similar blender) or Thermomix.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
  3. Pour into glasses, add straws and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

I am able to source some beautiful quality pastured eggs that are always extremely fresh, so I am comfortable adding these to this smoothie.  You need to make a decision about the quality and safety of the eggs you use.  I would not use regular super-market brand eggs.
